Adam Jasmin, 98, a native of Vacherie and resident of New Orleans for 68 years, died April 20, 2000.
He was the husband of Lydia Jasmin, father of Malcom C. Jasmin and step-father of Oscar Hupolyte.
He was the son of the late Ettinne and Corrine Jasmin.
He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Services were held April 26 at St. Mary of Angels Church, New Orleans, with interment at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, New Orleans.
