Ruth Ann Coger, 74, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022, at her home in Bryant, Arkansas with her family by her side. She was born March 5, 1948, in Nashville, Arkansas to Jacquelyne Jo Billings and Charles Edwin Chandler.

Ruth was a teacher for over forty years and loved her babies. Ruth and Larry were high school sweethearts and have been together for over sixty years. She enjoyed camping at Dierks Lake and being at the baseball field watching her grandsons play baseball.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors: husband, Larry Coger of Bryant, AR; daughter Stacey Ply (Jaymes) of Little Rock, AR; son, Russell Coger of Mount Vernon, TX; brothers, Charles Chandler, Mike Chandler, Ronnie Chandler and Roger Chandler all of Nashville, AR; grandchildren, Allie and Blake Seavers of Nashville, AR Audrey and Caleb Atwell of Hammond, LA, Levi Coger of Mount Vernon, TX, Austin and Caroline Ply of Little Rock, AR, Ashtyn and Addyson Ply of Little Rock, AR, and Bradyn Coger of Bryant, AR; great-grandchildren, Tristen, Keaton and Aubrie of Nashville, AR; other family and friends whom she loved dearly.

A celebration of Ruth's life will be at 2:30 P.M., Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Blue Bayou Church of Christ, 147 Blue Bayou W. Road, Nashville, Arkansas with Ray Rogers officiating.
