Kite, Abe beloved husband of the late Nettie, (nee Tessler). Cherished father of Sherwin (Carol Slavin) and Howard (Barbara), proud and loving Grandpa Kite of Michael, Noel and Jonathan, dearest brother of Dorothy (the late Larry) Slotten and the late Jack (the late Florie and Rose) Kite, Milton (the late Rose) Sara (the late Morrie), Ben (Dolores) Kite, Sam (Veronica) and Rose (the late Charles) Ciolino, dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Friend and brother-in-law of Raymond (the late Elayne) Moskowitz. Abe served proudly in World War II and in The Korean Conflict. He was awarded a Bronze Star for his valor. Chapel service Monday, 2:30 p.m. at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
