Emery Thomas Wilt, 77 of Hollywood, MD died on October 6, 2002 at his residence.
He was born on May 6, 1925 in Roanoke, WV the son of the late Claude and Laura Brewer Wilt.
On February 26, 1943 he married the former Irene Heath. He retired from Columbia Gas Systems in Buckhannon, WV after 39 years of service.
In addition to his wife, two daughters Sharon Ferris, Leonardtown, MD and Sandra Overman of Newport News, VA survive him. Three sisters Naomi Ramsey, Almeda Pumphrey and Elizabeth Waugh all of Weston, WV, one brother Claude Wilt, Jr. of West Union, WV. Five grandchildren and six great grandchildren also survive.
Friends may call on Wednesday October 9, 2002 from 6:00 ? 8:00 pm. at the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A. 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD. A memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm. Interment will be private.
