Riley C. Oller died May 16, 1996 at Sunny Acres Nursing Home in Petersburg, Illinois.

He was born September 2, 1913 in Oakford, Illinois, the sone of John and Pearl (Anderson) Oller. He married Maude E. "Maudie" Pettit on March 30, 1938. She preceded him in death January 7, 1987.

He was a resident of Kilbourne, Illinois. He is survived by six children: James Oller of Athens, Illinois, Russell Oller of Springfield, Illinois, Marykaye Haley of Jacksonville, Illinois, Lisa Dowell of Springfield, Illinois, Donna Tolle of Auburndale, Florida and John Weems of Kilbourne Illinois; 26 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Mrs. Charles (Verancie) Denton of San Jose and Helcion Stout of Morton.

He was preceded in death by two children, four brothers and three sisters.

Burial was in Kilbourne Cemetery.
