Granger - Jean Wardle Engstrum, 41, 2035 W. 3255 South, Granger, died Aug. 12, 1973, in a Salt Lake hospital following a long illness.
Born Feb. 17, 1932, South Jordan, to Charles L. and Oral Ann Holt Wardle. Married Franklin T. Engstrum, May 28, 1949, Salt Lake City. Member LDS Church; past librarian; Sunday School teacher and coordinator.
Survivors: husband; daughter, sons, Mrs. Darrell (Christine) Wendel, C. Shane, both of Granger; Ricky, Salt Lake City; sisters, brothers, Mrs. Leon (Margie) Roper, Coy, both South Jordan; Mrs. Floyd (Rose) Burningham, Midvale; Ken, Wen, both Salt Lake City; Harold, Bluffdale; Ned, Riverton; two grandchildren.
Funeral Wednesday, 1 p.m., Granger Fifth Ward chapel, 2100 W. 3100 South. Friends call 8090 S. State, Tuesday 6-8 p.m., and at the chapel one hour before services on Wednesday. Burial South Jordan Cemetery.
