Barstow—Efton "Buster" Berry, 65, of 24520 W. Highway 66, Barstow, died March 7 in a Loma Linda Hospital. He was a native of New Mexico, a resident of the area two years, and had lived in the state 33 years.
He had been employed as a plasterer for the past 25 years.
Survivors include his widow, Kay, of the family home; three brothers, Lee of Barstow, Jim of Alaska, and Lauren Ledbetter Okla., and four sisters, Ione Jones, Anaheim, Alice Klutts, Colo., and Pearl Perry and Jessie Thomas, both of Missouri.
Services were held today at 1 p.m. at the Bellflower Mortuary Chapel, Bellflower. Interment followed at Roosevelt Memorial Park, Torrance.
