MAPLETON — Services for Laura C. Weber, 86, Decoria Township, Blue Earth County, who died Wednesday afternoon, April 19, 1989, at Immanuel-St. Joseph's Hospital in Mankato, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Lutheran Church in Mapleton, the Rev. Richard Salge and the Rev. Ron Maynard officiating. Burial will be in Decoria Cemetery.
Visitation will be 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Tichenor Funeral Home in Mapleton and one hour before services at the church.
Mrs. Weber was born in Sterling Township, Oct. 19, 1902, to Albert and Caroline (Schull) Prenzlow. She married John Weber, Nov. 26, 1932, in Mapleton. They farmed in Decoria Township until retiring in 1986.
She is survived by a sister, Odelia Prenzlow of Mapleton; three brothers, Fred and Alfred, both of Mapleton and Lawrence of Elysian; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother. MFP; 4/20/1989.
