Our Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother Joan Dorothy Welty Ebner passed away peacefully on October 20, 2021 in Sandy, Utah. She was born to John Kenneth Welty and Melba Anna Andrews Welty on October 6, 1937, in New Jersey.
Joan is survived by her 3 sons: Gary, Greg (Ken) and John Ebner, grandchildren: Justin Ebner, Ryker Ebner ,Valerie Rice and Kody Braun, 5 great grandchildren and her daughter-in-law, Jody Ebner-Clark. Preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Raymond Garner Ebner and her life partner Marlene Ciarus. A special thank you to Sandy Health and Rehab.
