There is much misinformation as to Margaret's ancestry. In one instance in "Genealogical and Family History of NH" p423 you will see the statement, "Margaret Webster, a sister of Daniel Webster's father." This is wrong. Daniel Webster's father, Ebenezer, married in 1774 and in "Kingston, New Hampshire, Early Families, Patriots and Soldiers" p206 you will see "Margaret Webster, b. 1 Dec. 1735: m Kingston, NH 2 Jan. 1754 Joseph Fellows (KTR]." She was married twenty years before Ebenezer
Incidentally, Margaret was related to Daniel Webster. One has to go back three generations in her family tree and four generation in Daniel's to find common ancestry, Thomas and Sarah (Brewer) Webster. Margaret and Daniel were second cousins once removed.
