TOMAHAWK Marcella Bunkelman, 88, Tomahawk, formerly of the ColbyAbbotsford area, died May 3, 2O03, at Willow Creek Elder Care in Tomahawk. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Maurina Funeral Home, Abbotsford. Burial will be in the Milan Public Cemetery, town of Johnsoa Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. The former Marcella M. Dawson was bom May 23, 1914, the daughter of Sidney and Flora (Coon) Dawson. Marcella and Elmer Bunkelman were united in marriage May 6, 1930. A homemaker, Marcella and her husband farmed in the Milan area. She is survived by her children, Vera (Francis) von Schrader of Tomahawk and Lyle Bunkelman of Colby, eight grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; five sisters, Marian Hoffman of Athens, Arlene Stahnke of Goodrich, Shirley Rose of Unity, Winifred Klimpke of Spencer and Darlene Jones of River Falls; and three brothers, Martin Dawson and Lawrence "Bill" Dawson, both of Milwaukee, and Elmer Dawson of Marathoa Maurina Funeral Home of Abbotsford assisted the family with arrangements.
