Tom, his final struggle with pain gave way to eternal peace on Nov. 23, 1986. He died knowing that he was loved as a father above all fathers by his daughters, Helen Hankinson, Judy Soos and Rebecca Cunningham. His life and love, his music and laughter, will live forever in our hearts and lives.
Services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, at the Baptist Church in Addington OK. Survivors also include nine grandchildren, Robert, Richard, Howard and Rhonda Owen, Matthew, David and Deborah Soos and Christopher and Laura Cunningham; two great grandchildren, Jonathan and Daniel Owen. Missing his smiles and love will also be his sister, Bertha Webb of Waurika, and brother, Gene Borden of Graham TX., and a host of nieces and nephews. Arrangements by Vondel L. Smith & Sons Mortuary.
