Beloved wife of the late Joseph John Blanke, Sr.

Mother of Elma Edwards, Ruth Whidden, Debra Jenkensen, Byrlene Lowery, Joseph Jr, Wayne, Marcus and Vernon Blanke.

Daughter of the late Esth[sp] Lightell and Anthony Thiel.

Sister of Theresa Adams, Pearl Perez, Antoinio Vinet and the late Rose Peterson, Wallace Thiel, Eddie Thiel and Rodnest Thiel.

Also survived by 18 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Age 67.

A native of Louisiana and a resident of St. Bernard Parish for the past nine years.
