FRENCH LICK — Esther E. (Dewhurst) Kendall, 83, French Lick, died at 9:40 p.m. Sunday at Bloomington Hospital of Orange County in Paoli.

Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Burton, Bloomington; two sons: James E. Kendall, French Lick and Terry L. Kendall, West Baden Springs; two sisters: Elsie Prosser, French Lick and Lucy Gatlin, Indianapolis; one brother, George Dewhurst, North Sagus, Mass.; five grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the T.L. Pinnick Mortuary in French Lick with the Rev. Terry L. Pinnick officiating. Interment will be at Moores Ridge Cemetery near French Lick.
