To this union were born seven children: three sons - Uriah, Enos and James R., and four daughters Samantha, (Mrs. Nelson Hawley), Elisabeth (Mrs. Tho. Waller), Nancy (Mrs. Andrew Kerr), and Sarah A. Only three of her children survive her: Mrs. Waller, Mrs. Kerr and, James R. Moore.
Mrs. Moore moved with her family to this county (Buchanan. Mo.) In the fall of 1837, and settled near where Mt. Zion Cumberland Presbyterian church now stands. She continued to reside in that community until her death.
The funeral occurred September 16, from the home of her son. Rev. C. B. Powers preached the funeral discourse, after which the body was laid away in King Hill cemetery, being followed thither by a large concourse of relatives and friends.
