Melvin Davis age 74 of Laurel Hill, entered to rest on February 16, 2022, in Crestview. He was born on March 13, 1947, in Crestview, Florida.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Nell Davis and brother, Larry Davis.
Melvin is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Marie Davis; sons, Terry Davis and Katie Peugh and Jerry Davis and wife Lacey; grandsons, Jayce and Jordan Davis and Lane Davis; granddaughter, Madison Davis, his pride and joy and milkshake buddy; brother, Don Davis and wife Joann; sisters, Betty Miller and husband Mel and Sandra and husband John Coleman.
The celebration of Melvin Davis life will be held on Saturday February 19, 2022 at 2;00 p.m. at the Chapel of Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Almarante Cemetery. A time of visitation with the family will begin at 1:00 p.m.
