Larry Davis, age 69, passed away September 17, 2020 at his home. He was born on December 4, 1950 in Crestview, Florida and was the son of Nell and Melvin Davis, Sr. Larry served in the United States Army and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Crestview. He loved fox hunting, fishing, and spending time in the woods. He loved listening to country music. Larry loved aggravating Mrs. Betty and loved spending time with his family. One of his favorite pass times was running dogs with his granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his lifetime partner of 31 years, Betty Brooks; sons, Dale Wayne Davis and Christopher Lee Davis and his wife Melissa Davis; brothers, Melvin Davis Jr and wife Marie and Don Davis and wife Joann; sisters, Betty Miller and husband Melvin and Sandra Coleman and husband John; grandchildren, Lexis, Alex, Lana, and Chassidy; and great-grandson, Avery.

A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home with the memorial service starting at 2:00 pm.
