Terrie Lynn Burris Lingold, age 56, of Milledgeville, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020. Funeral Services for Terrie Lingold will be conducted Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 3:00pm in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home and Crematory, with Rev. Bill Ayers officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 1:00pm until the service hour.
A native of Shellman Bluff, Terrie was born April 14, 1963 to the late James William Burris, Sr. and the late Betty Ruth Jones Burris Adams. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ray Lowery ; a sister, Shirley Harrison ; and two brothers, James William Burris, Jr. and Glenn Burris. Terrie was a member of Heartland Baptist Church, and taught Junior Children's Church.
Terrie is survived by: her husband, Keith Lingold ; her son, Steven Lowery ; three grandchildren, Jamie, Breanndon, and Grayson Lowery ; three brothers, Bobby (& Kathy) Burris, Eddie Burris, and Tim Burris ; a step-brother, Randy Adams ; and her in-laws, Lane and Genell Lingold.
