Betty Ruth Burris Adams, 63, died Saturday, Nov. 28, 1998.

Burial will be in Oak Grove Methodist Church Cemetery.

Survivors include five sons, James W. Burris Jr., Eddie Burris and Tim Burris, all of Milledgeville, Bobby Burris of Gray and Glenn Burris of Ivey; two daughters, Shirley Harrison of Toomsboro. and Terrie Parker of Milledgeville; a brother, Charles W. Jones of Pendleton. S.C. 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
