"Roy F. Skinner, 71, of 1235 Bellaire, died yesterday at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She was born in Slater, Mo., and had lived here 49 years. He was a retired building contractor. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. He was a member of the Odd Fellows. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Letta Skinner, and his mother, Mrs. Mary Skinner, both of the home.
