Joe Nevel Collins, 67, a retiree from the United States Air Force, died Saturday, March 21, 1987, at Lake Cormorant residence.
Memorial services were conducted Tuesday, March 24, from Lee Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. The Rev. Frank Bishop preached. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Flora Pauline Collins of Lake Cormorant; two daughters, Mrs. Beverly Ann Mason of Horn Lake and Mrs. Peggy Lyn Bunn of Marietta, Ga.; a son, Myron Collins of Lake Cormorant; a sister, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Burney of Jackson; a brother, James L. Collins of Winona, and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Larry Collins, Mike Collins, Dennis Miller, David Collins, James McCoy, and Art Mathews. Lee Funeral Home handled arrangements.
