Slaying Victim's Rites are Held
HANFORD, Kings Co. – Private funeral services were held in the Sullivan-Odell Chapel for Rhoda Blackwell, 28. Burial was in the Hanford Cemetery.
Mrs. Blackwell's husband, Millard Blackwell, has admitted killing her early this month and leaving her body in a parked automobile in Fresno.
Also surviving are two sons, Wayne and William; her mother, Mrs. Mary Ann Thompson of Franklin, Ind.; 12 brothers and sisters.
