Maxine was born July 2, 1918, in Hamilton, to Brice and Orell Thompson.
Later she moved to Missoula where she spent the rest of her life. She attended Willard Grade School and graduated from Missoula County High School.
She married the love of her life, E. E. "Dub" Webber, on July 2, 1937, in a backyard ceremony. They had five beautiful children - three daughters and two sons.
She was very fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom. She was a wonderful cook, excellent seamstress and did beautiful embroidery work. Her yard was a floral showcase! She shared her many talents with everyone.
She was a member of the Orchard Homes Country Life Club and an active member of their women's club.
She is survived by Sandy Lackner, Butch and Sam Webber, Ricky and Patty Webber, Pam Webber and her seven grandchildren and nine adorable great-grandchildren.
At her request, there will be no services.
