Verna Jean Gossett, born in 1934 and her mother Lena Capps Gossett. Verna Jean grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma so it's possible that was where the photo was taken. I wish I knew who the guy behind them was.

Probably taken before June 1931 as her younger sister was killed on June 17 1931 and was still in the photo with her.
