Services for William Thomas Taylor, 88, who died at the Mickle Ransom residence at Duck Hill, January 21st, were held at the Mt. Pisgah Primitive Baptist Church Saturday afternoon, January 22, at two o'clock with the Rev. W. V. McDonald of Coffeeville officiating. Interment was in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery under the direction of Oliver Funeral Home.
Mr. Taylor was born in Montgomery County, September 14, 1866, and was married to the former Miss Mary Monk in 1898. He was a member of the Mt. Pisgah Primitive Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Active pallbearers were Lee Kirk, Mike Wood, Oak Wheeler, W. T. Poe, Louin Norris, and Jim Sykes.
