MOORESVILLE - Ruby Cave Dalton, 78, of Mooresville, died Sunday, January 6, 2013, at her residence.

When Ruby Pearl Cave was born September 22, 1934, in Surry, North Carolina her father, William Harrison Cave, was 41 and her mother, Nora Edna Hodges, was 31.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, James D. Mason, Bobby W. Lineberger and Clyde H. Dalton, and son, Richard A. Mason; sisters, Naomi and Myrtle; brothers, Bennie, Jim, and Leo Cave.

Ruby was a member of Berea Baptist Church where she was a member of Sarah Dalton Sunday School Class and she also sang in the church choir.

Services at Centre Presbyterian Church Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 11 AM.
