He died February 17, 1977.Doris was baptized a member of the LDS Church in 1978 in the River Jordan in Israel. She received her endowments in 1990. She was an artist and a writer in earlier years and helped her husband run a chicken ranch.She is survived by a daughter, Maureen Hill, of California; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; niece, Mae Peterson, and a nephew, Douglas Anderson, both of Aurora; sister-in-law, Marion Dewey of California.She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, Richard.Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 16, 1993, at 12 noon, in the Warren R. Jensen Funeral Home in Salina, Utah. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 7-8 p.m. and again on Thursday, one hour prior to the services. Interment in the Salina East-Side Cemetery.
