Mrs Kathrine Augustus Ray Finn, widow of the late Lee A Finn died at 10:30 am here Sunday Dec 26 at the age of 95. She died at the Houston Hospital following an illness of several months. Funeral services were conducted from the Macedonia Methodist Church with the Rev. Malcolm Jones and the Rev OL Elliott officiating. Intermenent was in the Macedonia Cemetery with Houston Funeral Home in charge. Mrs Finn was born Nov 11 1870 in Chickasaw Co,made her home in Houston with her son Evans Finn on Pontotoc Street. She was the daughter of John Ray and Samantha Harley Ray and was a Methodist. She leaves five sons Walter and Roland Finn of Memphis,J P Finn of Bowie Texas,Nolan Finn of Mobile,AL and Evans Finn of Houston; two daughters Mrs Lela Austin of Blytheville,AR and Mrs. Elma Grace Harrington of St. Petersburg FL Fifty grandchildren also survive Times Post Sixty First Year Number 4 Thursday,Dec 30 1965 Katherine Augusta Ray
