Theodore H. Eubanks, Jr. 84, of Eudora, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022.

He was born October 10, 1937, in Coffeyville, Kansas, the son of Theodore Sr. and Ethel (Hills) Eubanks. He attended the University of Kansas where he studied architecture.

Ted was employed by Farmland for 43 years, retiring in 1999.

Mr. Eubanks was a member of several model airplane clubs and was an avid tennis player.

Ted married Brenda Joyce Beers on August 16, 1959 in Lawrence, Kansas at the First Christian Church. She survives, along with their daughter Debra Diane Sparkes (David) of Lawrence; grandchildren Corey Eubanks (Jessica) of Aurora, Missouri, Tad Eubanks (Nicki) of Scott City, Kansas, Danielle McDaniel (Tyler) of Louisiana, and Caila Sparkes of Paola, Kansas; six great-grandchildren; and his brother Larry Eubanks of Lawrence.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son Ted Alan Eubanks; and his brother Jim Eubanks.

Ted enjoyed fishing, jet and water skiing, motorcycles, model airplanes, tennis, gardening (especially planting flowers), and traveling and camping.

A memorial ceremony will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Eudora Baptist Church, 525 W 20th Street, Eudora, KS 66025.
