Edna Bryant, 60, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, June 20, 2000.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Rector Funeral Home Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St., with the Rev. Chris Ford, pastor of Follett United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Friday in Mobeetie Cemetery at Mobeetie.

Mrs. Bryant was born in Pampa. She moved to Amarillo in 1966 from Pampa. She had worked as project coordinator for Kids, Inc., retiring in 1996. She was a member of Kingswood United Methodist Church and a volunteer for Northwest Texas Healthcare System.

She married Don Bryant in 1965 at Pampa.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Carol McMillon of Amarillo; a son, Daniel Bryant of Amarillo; four sisters, Ruby Frost of Broadview, N.M., Billie Enterline of Long Beach, Calif., Vera Cornett of Lubbock and Dana Sue Bishop of Corpus Christi; four brothers, Floyd Sackett and Charlie Sackett, both of Pampa, Paul Sackett of Lewisville and Dan Sackett of Amarillo; and two grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials in lieu of flowers to Kids, Inc., 2201 S.E. 27th Ave., Amarillo, TX 79103; or, Kingswood United Methodist Church, Children's Ministry, 4801 S. Austin St., Amarillo, TX 79110.

The family will receive friends 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
