Anna SCHOTT was born in Lischin, Bohemia in 1829 to Mathias and Dorothea nee PRZIMON where she married married John WECH.
Immigrated to NZ with her family on the Liverpool which departed London 19Nov 1865, arriving Auckland 5Mar1866 with around 269 passengers - according to the newspaper passenger list including John and Anna and their young children Roselia, Maria Anna, Joseph, Mathias (Matthew) and John Joseph.
Three more children were born in NZ: Paul, Annie Maud and Margaret Anna.
Their son Joseph was mortally injured in a logging accident at Makarau and passed away at Auckland District Hospital at age 22 in 1882.
Anna's husband, John, passed away in 1889. They are buried together in Puhoi cemetery.
