Mrs. Fannie McPherson Cook, wife of Frank E. Cook of 110 S. Reservoir St., passed away at the family home at 2:45 a.m. today. A native Californian, Mrs. Cook was born Dec. 30, 1878 in Big Pine, Inyo County. She moved to Long Beach in 1913 and came in 1932 to Pomona, where she has resided for the last 24 years. While in Long Beach she was active in the Native Daughters of the Golden West. Both in Long Beach and Pomona she was an active member of the Neighbors of Woodcraft Lodge.
Besides her husband she is survived by a daughter Mrs. Golda A. Richards of Pomona, and a brother, Elton P. Baker of Fontana. Funeral services will be held in Todd Memorial North Chapel at 3 p.m. Wednesday. Interment will be made in Pomona Cemetery.
