Yount McGreevy was educated at Loyola College and before being appointed to his position in the Custm House was in the hardward business. He was a member of the Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception and of the Catholic Benevolent Legion of that congregation and is survived by a widow, who was Miss Juliet E. G. Frailey, and the following children: G. Clinton, Archibald H.R., Jr., John Walter, Leonard F. and Francis J. McGreevy, and Sister Mary Dolores of the Order of Good Shepherd. His only surviving sister is also a member of that order, being Sister DeSales.
