Helen Reynolds was the 5th of 7 children born on 5 November 1895 to Richard Reynolds and Katherine Kurtz in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. She married Samuel "Bo" Lanham Eddleman on 18 September 1920 in Lake County, Indiana. She and Bo moved to Weatherford, Parker County, Texas, where they adopted two children, Edward Thomas Eddleman and Helen Gale Eddleman (she went by Gale). After Bo's passing, later in life, Helen married Mr. Hargett. He too passed away, leaving her a widow. She lived close to her son, but became ill and went to Great Southwest Hospital in Grand Prairie, Tarrant County, Texas, passing away on 3 September, 1975. She was buried at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas under a very minimal marker, I suspect because that was all her son could afford at the time.
