"The Yeakley family came way before the Rev War to Pennsylvania from Switzerland.
Either Bennett's name had been changed from Yeakley to Yeakle is still not settled. He was born Yeakley*, son of Peter Valentine Yeakley & Eliza Jane Stowe.
There are many questions about the last name of both Bennett and Ina. Bennett was born with the spelling Yeakley* but yet, his head stone and Ina's has Yeakle.

The Dept. of Immigration has told me that there was only one family that entered this country and that was before the Rev War and all spellings are the same family. This makes us special!!! The places we still live in are, Arizona, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina ,Oregon, Indiana New Mexico, Arkansas.
Although Bennett is a 5th generation, there are a few more in other families "
