Oscar Ralph Ragan Jr. "Bub" or "Bubba" passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 72 after a long battle with Lung Cancer. He was born on October 25, 1949, to Dorothy Marie {Pelley} and Oscar Ralph Ragan Sr. in Fresno, Fresno County, California. He lived in the city of Caruthers in Fresno County, California for most of his life. He was one of 10 children. Oscar worked as a truck driver. Like every one of us, he tried his best in life. He made mistakes and learned from them. Now all we can do is wish him a beautiful afterlife and let his soul rest in peace. He is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Jason Ragan in 1995 and brother David Eugene Ragan in 2013. He married Dixie Lea Andrus on 8 Oct 1971 in Douglas County, Oregon. He had two children with her, Mary and Daniel. He married Leila Marie Kisling on 29 Aug 1977 in Fresno, California. Their children are Jennifer Ann Ragan, Jason Allan Ragan and Julie Marie Ragan. He leaves 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren and his wife Maria Guadalupe Rivera Ragan, they were married on 4 Feb 2019 in Winnemucca, Humbolt County, Nevada.
