Mr. Danny Earl Mahan was born in Perry County, Kentucky on March 16, 1949, to Anna Mae Mahan and the late Dennis Mahan and departed this life Saturday evening, June 20, 2009, at the Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin, Kentucky.
He was 60 years, three months and four days of age. He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Mahan, and a brother, Darrell Lee Mahan. He was a member of Locust Grove Baptist Church.He is survived by one daughter, Rebecca Ann Mahan and Mike Lester of Woodbine, Ky., one son, Daniel Mahan of McMinnville, Tenn. and a grandson, Daniel Mahan of Woodbine, Ky., mother, Anna Mae Akins Mahan of Goldens Creek Community, three brothers, Dennie Andy Mahan and wife, Gwen, of Corbin, Ky., Delano Mike Mahan and wife, Sharon, of Goldens Creek Community, Delmar David Mahan and wife, Donna, of Frankfort School Road in Corbin, Ky., several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Monday, June 22, 2009, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Williamsburg, Ky.The funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
