Article says he was lying on railroad tracks and hit by train. Identified by papers on body , which was horribly mangled. He lived 2 miles south of Tifton and worked at Tift and Snow fruit farm. It also says he was the brother of J. N. Garrett and son of Mrs. J. M. Garrett. He left a widow and 5 small children. Burial noted at Oakridge Cemetery of Tifton. See whole article at:
