Reba's lifelong faith in Jesus became sight. Reba joyfully served her community as a nurse. Reba graduated from Mercy hospital-Street Memorial nursing school in Vicksburg, MS. She began her career at Saint Francis Medical Center in Monroe. Reba worked for Dr. F.G. McCarty MD and finished out her career as an Occupational Health Nurse at State Farm Midsouth Regional Office in Monroe, LA. After almost 40 wonderful years of taking care of her friends, she retired and quickly took on her favorite role full time as everyone's favorite Meme.
Reba loved life and enjoyed crocheting cozy blankets for her great grandchildren, sewing beautiful holiday table runners that her grandchildren proudly display and enjoying God's creation while traveling. Her travels took her on several trips to New York City with friends and family, to the beaches of the Caribbean, to the light houses in Nova Scotia and to the glaciers in Alaska, which was by far her all-time favorite trip. The delights of her life were sharing Jesus with others and spending time with her family. If you didn't know her, there are no words to describe her, if you knew her, you don't need words!
