Adalberto Otero, age 65, entered into eternal rest at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, on Wednesday, July 2, 2003. Born on April 23, 1938, he had been an area resident for more than 30 years, migrating from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Juanita Otero; sons, Felipe, Adalberto and Wilson Otero; daughters, Carmen, Isabel and Maria Otero; brothers, Manuel and Monserrate Ortiz; sister, Isabel Diaz; and several other family members and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Felipe Ortiz and Paula Rios; and a sister, Encarnancion Ortiz. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, July 5, 2003, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Soto officiating. Friends may greet the family from 9 a.m. until time of service. Interment immediately following at Park Cemetery, 620 Lindley Street, Bridgeport. Arrangements entrusted to the George J. Peterson Funeral Home Inc., 1041 Noble Avenue, Bridgeport.
