HAROLD BARRACLOUGH
Mr. Barraclough, 73, of Houston, Texas, formerly of Barnesboro, died Monday, Aug. 16, 1993, at Houston Northwest Medical Center, Texas.
Mr. Barraclough retired as a purchasing and inventory controller from Arco Polymers, Houston. He was born May 26, 1920, in Barnesboro, the son of Lionel Roy and Mary (Johncour) Barraclough. He married Yvonne P. Westover. Surviving are his wife, two daughters: Barrie Lynn Kobb of Homestead, Fla., and Paula Rae Stapleton of Houston and two grandsons.
Also surviving are a brother and a sister: Lionel Neal of Julian and Joyce A. Sandberg of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Barraclough was a member of St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church, Houston. He was also a member of the West University Lions Club, Houston, and the International Order of Odd Fellows Clover Lodge, Ambridge. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Barnesboro.
BARRACLOUGH - Services for Harold Barraclough of Houston, Texas, formerly of Barnesboro, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Barnesboro, by the Rev. Michael Singer. Interment at East Ridge Cemetery, Barnesboro R.D.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m.. Thursday at the funeral home. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association. Mr. Barraclough was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Ronald. Surviving are grandsons: Christopher and Blair Stapleton.
