Mrs. Colleen Laughter McClellan Greene Ellenburg age 88, of 116 Chevy Ln Ellenboro NC Crossed over to the other side of Jordan to be reunited with her son and family, at Willow Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Rutherfordton, Saturday June 15, 2019.
A Native of Rutherford County, Colleen was the youngest of 8 children to the Late Mr. Adolphus M. Laughter and Mrs. Fannie Lou Arrowood Laughter.
Preceeding Mrs. Ellenburg in death is
One son Larry Timothy Laughter ( May 2014) and Granddaughter Angela Laughter
Sisters:
Katherine L. Hodge, Virginia L. Blanton
Brothers: William A. Laughter, Levi Laughter, George Laughter Sr., Lewis Laughter, Charles Laughter
She is survived by Granddaughter and A Grandson , several great grandchildren and special Great Great nephew Evgs. Randall Sigmon and Wife Teenah of Oldfort NC, also surviving are many nieces and nephews and cousins.
A memorial service for Mrs. Ellenburg will be held at a later time, Pruitt Funeral Home of Forest City NC was honored to serve the Ellenburg Family at time of her Passing . A Memorial service With Rev. Keith Stevenson and Evangilist Randall and Teenah Sigmon officiating. will be at a later date.
Mrs. Ellenburg was laid to rest beside her beloved son Tim at Sunset Memorial Park now known as Eternal Hills Cemetery on Sunday June 16, 2019
