She is survived by her husband, Alfred Prestenback, Sr.; son, Alfred Prestenback, Jr.; daughter, Dia Fields; sisters, Wilma "Sis" Chassion, Diana Theriot, Ruth Smith; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Beulah Smith, brother, Ray Thibodeaux and sisters, Linda Borel and Carolyn Smith.
