A couple of fun stories to remember about Agnes Curry:
When telephone service first came out to the farm in Elkhart.Agnes and Ike had a phone installed.Somebody called Agnes and told her they were employed with the telephone company and fixing to blow out the lines. They instructed her to put her telephone in a sack so her house would not get dusty.Agnes could not find a sack so she emptied out her potatoes and set the phone in the sack so her house would not get dusty.Agnes believed this and did as instructed she was a fun person.

Agnes went shopping one time. When she left the store she got in a car same color and model as hers. The key fit the ignition and she drove it home. The next day she discovered that this was not her car.

As a young girl Agnes leared to ride horses and ride bulls with her brothers and sister.

In loving memory of Agnes Waunita Curry age 80.Agnes passed away at her home in Elkhart with a heart attack. Her brother Thad Beeson had just left her home after visiting.Agnes enjoyed all of her brothers visiting from out of town.
