Services for Roy H. S. Allen, 69, of 953 35th Ave., Rock Island, will be at 1 p.m. today in the Runge Chapel, with burial in Davenport Memorial Park.
Mr. Allen died Thursday afternoon at Moline Lutheran Hospital after an extended illness.
He was an inspector for the Farmall Works, Rock Island, and had been with International Harvester Co. 37 years.
He was born in Davenport, and married Virginia H. Fick there in 1918.
Surviving are his wife; a son, Pastor Eston L. Allen, La Grange; daughters, Mrs. Leo (Elouise) Siefers, Davenport, and Mrs. (Leona) Cronau, Rock Island; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. William (Ida) Allen; Davenport; sisters, Mrs. Clarence (Myrtle) Benton, and Mrs. Earl (Viola) White, and brothers, Arthur, Howard, and William, all of Davenport.

Virginia Fick married Roy Allen in 1918 in Davenport. he died in 1967.
Memorial services will be Saturday at Davenport Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
The body was cremated.
Memorials may be made to the church.

Survivors include daughters, Ellouise Siefers, east Moline, and Leona (Mrs. John) Cronau,
Rock Island; a son, Pastor Eston L., Woodstock, Ill.; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
