She was born in Cabool, Mo. March 23, 1904. In 1920 she married Donald Lester Mabe. She was a member of the Riverdale Baptist Church.
A loving mother, grandmother and sister , she will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Mabe, and four children, Pauline McCafferty, Max Mabe, Connie Sue Mabe, and Donald Mabe , Jr.
Survivors include sons, Bob Mabe, Branson, Bill Mabe , Nixa,Cletus Mabe, Wichita, Kan. Lyle Mabe, Ozark, and Jim Mabe, Nixa, and daughters, Margie Blansit, Nixa, Sharon Michel , Nixa, Joan Bilyeu, Ozark and Nancy Carter, Nixa. Mrs Mabe is also survived by her brothers, Joy Lee Warren, Wallace Warren and Hollis Warren and her half-sisters Cleta Swearengin , Bernice Letterman, Roberta Mahan and Maretta Kyle.
she had 39 grandchildren, 67 gr-grandchildren and 2 gr-gr grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10a.m. Wednesday in Harris , a Heritage Funeral Home, 301 Church St.Ozark with the Revs. Wilbur Blansit and Paul Swadley officiating . Burial will follow in Highlandville Cemetery
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
