Mrs. Elizabeth McCall, mother of Mr. John W. McIntyre, died at Mr.McIntyre's home in this city on Wendesday night about ten o'clock. She was about seventy-two years old and was a victim of LaGrippe, having been ill several weeks. She was one of the oldest residents of Lowndes county, having lived here over fifty years. Her remains were laid to rest in the family burial ground at Mount Zion church in the western part of the county. She was a member of the Methodist church and was a consecrated Christian woman. She was well known in this section and the sumpathies of many friends will go out to those who are bereaved by her death.

1. Daniel McIntyre. 25 November 1847 in Telfair County, GA.
2. William McCall. by 1870 in Lowndes County, GA.
