Born in Seneca, Kansas, Oct. 30, 1873, she married Fred A. Freeland at Russell Springs, Kan., May 29, 1892. She was a school teacher In Kansas before her marriage. They moved to Bruneau in 1905 and to Boise in 1907.
Mrs. Freeland leaves three sons, Wallace, Sacramento; Harmon, Boise, and Dan H. in San Francisco; two daughters, Mrs. Esther Marenholtz, Phoenix, and Mrs. Harriet Boise; 17 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren.
