Martin and Priscilla were married on April 29, 1869 in Nebraska and they had twelve children together including: Nancy, Minnie Elizabeth, Asa, Lewis, Alfred, Elmer, Lucy, Kenney Dell, Hazel, Ruby, Sylvia and Roy Darrah. Martin was married previously to Lucinda Jane (Scott) Darrah (1844-1867) on October 13, 1864 in Wayne County, Iowa. He had two children with Lucinda including William Darrah and Sarah Flora Darrah. Martin was the son of Henry Darrah and Anna (Tennant) Darrah.
