Clarence Edward Griffith, age 85, of Holly, died Wed. Nov. 3, 2021. Funeral services and Masonic Memorial services will be held at 6:00 PM Sat. Nov. 6, 2021 at the Dryer Funeral Home, Holly. Visitation will be from 4-6 PM Sat. Mr. Griffith was born in Balkan, KY on Sept. 25, 1936 to Alva and Grace (Bowen) Griffith. He was retired from General Motors, was a member of the Masonic Lodge #938 of Corbin, KY. He loved to hunt and fish.
Surviving are his wife Thelma June (Miracle) Griffith who he wed on 16 July 1958 ; 4 children, Tommy Edward Griffith, Jeffrey Griffith, Sharon (Ralph Christie) Lane, and Debra (Paul) Gauthier); 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Alva and Grace Griffith, sisters: Jessie Griffith Randhahn, Bea Griffith Dalrymple, Eulene Griffith Wilson; brothers: Stealie, D.H., Ova, Lloyd, William and Robert Griffith. Memorial donations can be made to Shriner's Hospital's for Children.
